Chicago
Details
This summer, Classical Music Chicago presents a thoughtful series of free chamber concerts, continuing a tradition of accessible classical performance that stretches back nearly fifty years. The season features an array of string quartets, trios, and soloists, including the Chen String Quartet, Kaia String Quartet, Ars Musica Chicago, and more. Performances range from intimate midday recitals to evening programs, offering opportunities to hear exceptional musicians in a welcoming setting. Rooted in founder Al Booth’s vision of bringing live classical music to all corners of Chicago, these concerts invite audiences to engage with the city’s rich musical heritage in a casual, open environment.
