The crystalline voices of Trio Mediaeval have captivated audiences since the group was founded in Oslo in 1997. Rooted in medieval monophonic and polyphonic traditions but also champions of contemporary, jazz, and improvisational genres, the three singers—Anna Maria Friman, Linn Andrea Fuglseth, and Jorunn Lovise Husan—are vocal chameleons.
