About
The Children’s Creativity Museum is a community-based art and technology museum for youth and families in the Bay Area and beyond. With a mission to foster creativity in young people, the museum provides high-quality interactive experiences using art, media, and technology tools to ignite the imagination and inspire lifelong learning.
The Children’s Creativity Museum in San Francisco is a two-story building located in Yerba Buena Gardens, built on top of the Moscone Convention Center. It houses a 200-seat theater, about 3,000 square feet of exhibition space, and additional studios, classrooms, and patios. The museum is also home to the historic 1906 Charles I. D. Looff Carousel. Surrounded by gardens and cultural venues, the building blends indoor creative spaces with outdoor public areas.
